CHG Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare staffing firm based in Salt Lake City, and Marathon Health, a leading provider of onsite health services, hosted the grand opening of a new health center at CHG headquarters. Congressman Jim Matheson and Utah Lt. Gov. Greg Bell were on-site to open the Center, which will serve CHG’s 785 Salt Lake City-based employees and their families.

Now we are striving to make our own people healthier through the opening of the Center, which will be staffed full-time by top-quality Marathon Health clinicians. We believe this partnership will serve our employees in a meaningful and lasting way.”
All CHG employees and their families have access to primary care, health coaching, and disease management from Marathon Health medical professionals. CHG aims to make its staff healthier by improving access to care and taking on major issues such as weight management, smoking cessation, and even diabetes care. Marathon Health was selected as the partner for the Center as a result of its proven approach to employee healthcare. Clinicians aim to create trusted relationships with the employees they serve through both medical assistance and long-term health coaching. The Marathon Health Center will have the ability to treat the entire staff population at CHG, not only when they are sick, but for total healthy lifestyle coaching as well.
The Center is the first of its kind for CHG, which is one of the largest providers of healthcare staffing in the country. A licensed nurse practitioner will now be available on-site to assist employees and their families with health care and wellness activities.
