At our core, Marathon Health is all about helping people create health, not just simply improving physical and mental health through the provision of medical services. Today’s distinction as MSN’s “Most Admired Company” in the Best Life 50-state report is a wonderful acknowledgement of the culture and care our nearly 500 ambassadors have built here at Marathon Health. On top of offering onsite healthcare, this healthcare company works to motivate the people it serves to take an active part in staying healthy. We understand that our ambassadors provide their best care to our members when we in turn provide them with respect, care, and support. Understanding that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, we’ve built a proactive work culture. Marathon Nation is our internal name for our company, describing the nearly 500 ambassadors nationwide that make up our workforce. Our ambassadors unify through programs created to inspire our workforce, the employees we work with, and the communities we serve. Our company values are paramount to our success and the health of our members. Marathon Nation offers four distinct programs (Ambassadors Code, Ambassadors Wellbeing, Ambassadors Together, Ambassadors University) to support our mission to grow as individuals and lead healthier lives.
While we engage employers to provide better, more accessible healthcare to their workforce, we in turn engage our own workforce, Marathon Nation, to promote the education, health, and wellness of our people.
