Come work with Marathon Health!
In-person and virtual behavioral health counselors at Marathon Health are pioneers responsible for:
Treatment planning
Assessments (including risk)
Appropriate documentation of clinical progress in our EMR
Delivery of effective methods of interventions to shape continuing service provisions that meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+)
In addition, counselors will be able to work outside the box by leading group sessions, educational workshops, and working with the entire care team to help each member reach their optimal health.
