The new Marathon Health Mobile App provides our clients and members easy and convenient access to their Marathon Health care team. Our goal is to personalize patient engagement, empower members to take care of their health and deliver a great experience to ultimately improve health outcomes.

The mobile format supports our preventive model of care by enabling broader engagement and allows our members to access care when they’re not near a computer or when they’re on the go. Members will continue to have access to the online portal, giving them multiple ways to manage their health and get in touch with our care team.

The mobile app includes these features to make it easy to access the healthcare you need:

• Easy sign in/sign up: Log in through facial and fingerprint recognition or use your existing Marathon Health portal credentials. New user? We make that easy for you to do, too!
• Stay on Top of Your Health: Complete your health risk assessment in the app.
• Schedule Your Next Appointment: Choose the type of visit (video, telephone, in-person), location, date and time.
• Manage Medications: Order prescription refills or enter a custom prescription request.
• Message Securely: Send your care team a message or attachments and stay on top of messages from your care team.
• View Your Health Records: See your immunizations, allergies, health issues, medications and lab results.
• Integrate your Fitness Tracker: Stay on top of your health in our app using your Apple, Fitbit, Garmin or Google Fit device.
• Track Incentives: Learn what incentives your company offers, and track your progress and wellness activities to earn those incentives.

By using these features, you’ll be able to partner with your Marathon Health care team to stay on top of your health anytime, anywhere.

The Marathon Health mobile app is ready for you to download now!

Access to care is simple. Members can download the Marathon Health app from the App Store or Google Play and then sign in with their existing Marathon Health online portal username and password. Members who have never used the online portal can sign up for a new account by securely providing their social security number and birthday. This information is only used to find members in our system.

The legacy Marathon Health app will remain available for any clients who are on the legacy Marathon Health EMR platform. Once migrated to athenahealth, members who go to the old app will be prompted to download the new app. Once you are eligible to sign up for the redesigned app, you can delete the older app. The legacy app will be phased out completely once all clients are supported by the athenahealth EMR.
