And because we support the care process with a carefully designed technology platform, employees and clinicians have 24/7 access to health content, interactive nutrition and fitness tracking tools, a Personal Health Record for the employee and an Electronic Medical Record for the clinician, and Problem Knowledge Coupler software for condition and disease management, treatment plan adherence, and education. The Marathon Health reporting package provides real-time, online access to participation, financial metrics, and outcomes measures.
