Regional Director of Sales

Marathon Health is a growing national company with openings for regional director of sales positions in three regions. We specialize in creating healthy worksites with onsite health promotion, risk coaching, disease management, and primary care at the workplace.  The successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience with health plans, the broker/consultant community, or health management. The director of sales will be responsible for developing and growing the territory through direct selling to prospects and managing broker/consultant relationships. Travel required to industry events and prospect presentations approximately 40%. Medical Assistant

Marathon Health is a worksite health services company providing onsite health and wellness services. We are seeking a full time medical assistant to work collaboratively with our clinician / health coach in Charlotte, NC. Fluency in both English and Spanish required. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including the clerical and administrative functions and for providing support to the clinician. Functions include scheduling, supply inventory and management, and general administrative support. Requires a high school diploma and medical assistant experience and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with program participants, and familiarity with computer programs are key requirements for the work. Competitive salary and benefits.
